This arrangement works for full mixed choir (SATB) or can be done successfully with treble choir by leaving out the T and B parts. I did this arrangement for the Halifax Boys' Honour Choir several years ago when I was their director. The first verse is in easy Latin, and the other verses are in English, words by Imogen Holst. I have done this piece with choirs of all ages. It comes together quickly, in one or two rehearsals. The second verse includes "Joy to the World" as a descant in the sopranos.
